Firearms Training: Empower Your Skills Today

1441 Training was founded in 2024 to help responsible armed citizens achieve firearms proficiency, ensuring they are proficient, competent, and confident in their use of firearms, regardless of their skill level, from beginner to advanced.
We utilize the EDIP teaching method: Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate, and Practice. Instructors demonstrate every drill so students can observe the beginning, middle, and end. Following this, students imitate the drill at 50% speed while instructors provide valuable talking points to help ingrain the drill into the student’s memory. The final stage is practice, where students continue to execute the drill at 50% speed, gradually increasing their speed as their efficiency improves.
In our approach, we emphasize performance-based training. With this methodology, 1441 Training instructors break down the drills and focus on the individual steps required to accomplish them, rather than fixating on the end goal. We believe that this style of training leads to more successful results than simply focusing on outcomes.
At 1441 Training, we embrace a philosophy of continuous improvement. We are always learning and adjusting to find better methods and more efficient ways to teach. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you.
